As the Restaurant General Manager, you will oversee the day-to-day operations of Peacock Alley, one of the hotel’s signature dining venues. This role requires managing a diverse team that includes three Food and Beverage Managers and thirty Front of House staff members. You will report directly to the Director of Food & Beverage, ensuring that the restaurant delivers extraordinary guest experiences while achieving financial and operational goals. The ideal candidate will have 2 to 3 years of restaurant management experience in an upscale dining environment, preferably with expertise in a luxurious cocktail setting and managing unionized staff. Your leadership skills will be vital in training and developing team members, maintaining high service standards, managing costs and budgets, and driving marketing and operational initiatives. This full-time role demands availability on weekdays, weekends, and holidays, with an annual salary range of $110,000 to $120,000 commensurate with experience.
