The role available is for a Restaurant General Manager, a leadership position integral to maintaining the standards and operational excellence that Shake Shack is known for. The General Manager will oversee all aspects of restaurant management including staff leadership, financial performance, inventory control, and compliance with health and safety regulations. This position plays a pivotal role in coaching and developing team members, ensuring that they deliver outstanding guest experiences consistently.
Managing a high-volume, fast-paced restaurant environment, the General Manager will be tasked with driving sales and profits while fostering an atmosphere of excellence and collaboration. In addition to overseeing daily operations and payroll management, there is an expectation to promote the Shake Shack brand within the local community through both word-of-mouth and local events, further enhancing the restaurant's reputation and customer loyalty.
This full-time role requires a candidate who is passionate about hospitality, skilled in managing restaurant operations, and committed to cultivating a positive and productive team environment. Candidates with a minimum of three years managing high-volume restaurant settings and extensive experience in P&L responsibilities are ideal for this role.

                - Minimum 3 years of restaurant general management experience in a high volume, fast-paced environment
 - working knowledge of restaurant operations, including personnel management, food planning and preparation, purchasing, sanitation and health codes, and security
 - ability to learn and train others on all aspects of the Shack operations
 - demonstrated ability to champion hospitality and motivate team members
 - strong leadership skills with a focus on coaching and achieving excellence
 - knowledgeable in all financial aspects of business operations
 - minimum 3 years of P&L responsibilities
 - food handler certification, preferred
 - willingness to work flexible hours
