Restaurant Area Manager – Northern California

The Restaurant Area Manager role is a key leadership position responsible for overseeing daily operations across 5-7 restaurant locations within Northern California. The ideal candidate will lead by example, coaching and developing store managers and their teams, driving sales growth, implementing marketing strategies, and maintaining compliance with all company policies and health regulations. With an annual salary range from $105,000 to $120,000 and a quarterly bonus opportunity of up to $5,000, this position offers a competitive compensation package with additional comprehensive benefits. • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in business hospitality or related field
• Minimum of 3 years management experience in fast casual or similar restaurant operations
• Proven leadership abilities managing multiple locations
• Strong financial acumen including budgeting and sales analysis
• Ability to travel within Northern California
• Excellent interpersonal and problem-solving skills
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
