The role of Resort Guest Service Associate at Snowbird Centre is a seasonal, part-time, and hourly position designed for individuals who have a passion for delivering top-notch guest experiences and a deep appreciation for mountain culture. As a Resort Guest Service Associate, the successful candidate will mainly work inside the Mountain Center and Snowbird Center, but also in guest-facing outdoor venues. This role emphasizes connection with guests to identify their needs and align them with the most suitable Snowbird products and services. Associates will be comprehensively trained on various sales software platforms and will develop strong sales skills to effectively promote and book Snowbird’s broad range of products. The position requires excellent communication, sales aptitude, and the ability to solve problems swiftly and independently. Participating in a team-oriented environment, Resort Guest Service Associates will maintain a welcoming atmosphere, address guest concerns promptly, and share in-depth information about all aspects of the Snowbird Ski and Summer Resort. There are also specific operational duties such as operating the ski check service, assisting with seasonal locker rentals, and maintaining the Blackjack Mine attraction during summer. • Strong guest service skills
• Previous work in guest or customer services, concierge, valet, resort sales, or similar guest-facing role preferred
• Ability to multi-task while maintaining a kind and confident demeanor
• Problem-solving skills and ability to operate without constant supervision
• Willingness to quickly and efficiently pair guests with services and products
• Basic computer skills and familiarity with sales platforms such as RTP, Flaik, and Square are a plus
• Strong communication skills
• Able to lift up to 40 pounds
