The successful candidate will be responsible for handling all guest interactions professionally and with a high level of hospitality, accommodating special requests, resolving complaints, and assisting residents with inquiries related to residential and hotel services, operations, and amenities. Responsibilities include processing packages, faxes, messages, and mail accurately and promptly, keeping information about local attractions and activities up to date, and establishing connections with vendors to provide residents with accurate information and facilitate ticketing and reservations. Greeting residents and their guests efficiently and warmly, using names whenever possible, is essential for creating a welcoming atmosphere. When necessary, personally escorting guests if other staff are unavailable adds an extra layer of care and attention.
