The role of Resident Experience Coordinator at Revel Communities is a dynamic and fulfilling position designed for individuals who are passionate about enriching seniors' lives. As a Resident Experience Coordinator, you will collaborate closely with various teams to plan, execute, and evaluate engaging programs and events. The role involves a blend of creativity, organization, and interpersonal skills to encourage active resident participation and integration. Key responsibilities also include supporting the Welcome Home Program, which aims to enhance resident engagement, onboarding, and retention through dedicated activities designed to make new residents feel at home.
The position is part-time, with working hours typically from Sunday through Tuesday, 1 PM to 7 PM, offering a work-life balance while staying actively involved during peak service times. This scheduling flexibility allows coordinators to focus on meaningful interactions and excellent event execution. Additionally, the Resident Experience Coordinator will participate in marketing and sales events, assist with the coordination of transportation logistics, maintain company vehicle standards, and provide occasional concierge desk coverage. Proficiency in computer applications and AV technology is also important to prepare promotional content and facilitate communication.

                - 1+ years of related work experience in the senior living and/or hospitality industry preferred
 - HS diploma or GED
 - Associates degree preferred
 - Ability to work weekends, evenings, and flexible hours as well as be available to residents at peak service times and days
 - Ability and willingness to drive the community vehicle(s)
 - must possess a valid driver’s license issued in the state of residence
 - Reasoning skills that include the ability to understand issues and process information for giving and receiving feedback and instructions
 - Proficiency communicating in English
 - Ability to adjust to varying work settings, including office, community common areas, and outdoor venues
 - ability to lift and carry objects up to 25 pounds
 - Ability to promote a positive and friendly teamwork attitude
 - Proficiency with use of computers, mobile devices, AV equipment, and office equipment including phones, scanners, copiers, fax machines
 - Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite products including Word, Excel, Outlook
