The role of Regional Vice President within Lucky Strike Entertainment is a critical leadership position designed to manage multiple locations across the Greater Denver and Colorado Springs markets. This position requires candidates to live within a reasonable driving distance to enable regular travel between venues, reflecting the regional management responsibility. The Regional Vice President is charged with maximizing revenue and cash flow growth by effectively managing and developing associates and managers. Acting as the primary leader for District and Area Managers, this role encompasses strategic direction, operational oversight, and the promotion of company values and mission throughout the region. The Regional Vice President provides consistent support and guidance to ensure that all team members are aligned with the organization’s high standards for guest experiences, operational efficiency, and financial performance. In this role, the Regional Vice President takes on a variety of essential duties including recruitment, hiring, and retention of talented managers, with a focus on developing a strong leadership pipeline through collaboration with Human Resources and Training departments. The role demands vigilant adherence to Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and performance management tools to ensure that district and area teams meet and exceed financial and customer service goals. Additionally, the Regional Vice President ensures that Lucky Strike Entertainment’s Operating and Service Standards are consistently applied, contributing to a world-class guest experience. This includes managing seasonal promotions, price changes, and the implementation of marketing initiatives to drive business growth across the region. Strategic financial planning and analysis are key components of the position. The Regional Vice President works closely with District and Area Managers to develop and commit to the Annual Operating Plan (budget), analyze financial reports, and implement effective action plans that control expenses and maximize revenue. A strong emphasis is placed on labor management, operational compliance related to food safety, alcohol sales, health, safety, and other regulatory matters. Leadership qualities such as effective communication, integrity, respect, and the ability to build relationships are paramount for success in this role. The ideal candidate will possess a sales-oriented mindset, capable of fostering a proactive culture while supporting home office departments and cultivating talent. The role demands flexibility with working hours, including willingness to work varying shifts, weekends, holidays, and extended days to meet business needs.   • Bachelor's degree preferred
  • Minimum five years of multi-unit management experience
