In the role of Regional Event Manager, you will play a crucial part in advancing our marketing strategy and driving growth. This role involves extensive research, development, and management of local partnerships and events that promote lead generation and enhance brand awareness. You will be responsible for recruiting, hiring, training, and leading a skilled team of Field Marketers, fostering their development through effective coaching and accountability measures. Managing direct-to-consumer events and overseeing budgets, resource planning, and schedules will be essential to maximize the return on investment and event impact. Collaboration with Corporate Marketing will provide alignment with broader organizational goals. The role requires you to balance a variety of indoor and outdoor tasks, ranging from office assignments to executing events in diverse, sometimes unpredictable environments. While the physical demands are moderate, including lifting equipment up to 20 pounds and remaining active during event hours, the position is highly dynamic, demanding adaptability, energy, and a customer-focused mindset. The ideal candidate will possess a blend of education, leadership experience, and skills in budgeting, planning, and communication, thriving in fast-paced, team-focused settings. Travel domestically over 50 percent of the time is expected, making flexibility an important asset. - Bachelor’s degree or equivalent education and experience
- minimum of 2 years experience leading teams
