The role being offered is a full-time kitchen supervisor position within Regal Cinemas. This critical role oversees a variety of kitchen functions to ensure food quality, safety, and customer satisfaction. - High school diploma or equivalent if not currently a student
- two plus years experience as a cook or supervisor in the restaurant industry
- completion of cast certification program or in progress
- completed all legally required state or local training and certifications
- completion of Regal Responsible Beverage Server training
- ServSafe or equivalent certification
- fluent in English
- able to perform calculations and identify errors
- proven computer skills with PC platforms and office software
- excellent communication skills
- ability to work well in a team environment
- physically able to perform required tasks including standing for extended periods and lifting up to 60 lbs
- knowledge of food safety and emergency procedures
- completion or progress in management certification
- SDS training
- food handler’s card and ServSafe Food Manager Certification
- compliance with federal and state laws for breaks and meal periods
- ability to handle confidential situations professionally
