The Restaurant Manager role at Red Lobster is a pivotal leadership position responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the restaurant to ensure the highest quality of seafood and beverage service. This full-time position offers a competitive salary range between $52,000 and $66,000 annually, reflecting the importance of the role in achieving business success. The restaurant manager will participate in an award-winning, comprehensive 11-week training program designed to build strong leadership skills rapidly, with ongoing development opportunities to support career advancement. Work-life balance is a key feature of this role, with operating hours set between 11 a.m. and 11 p.m., avoiding early mornings and late nights. - Must be at least 21 years of age
- 1+ years management or supervisory experience in restaurant, hotel, retail or general business required
- 2+ years casual dining or full-service restaurant management experience preferred
- ServSafe, local and state certifications or the ability to obtain required
- Bachelor's degree preferred
