The Valet Attendant at Palms works under the direct supervision of the Manager of Front Services, playing a critical role in delivering front door vehicle and luggage services to guests. Valet Attendants at Palms are responsible for greeting guests warmly and assisting them in a friendly manner, including unloading luggage and managing vehicle doors. They must inspect vehicles carefully for any existing damage and ensure safety before parking or retrieving vehicles in conditions that can be challenging, such as extreme desert heat or cold, steep inclines, and varied parking surfaces.
