The Valet Attendant at Palms works under the direct supervision of the Manager of Front Services, playing a critical role in delivering front door vehicle and luggage services to guests. This role is essential in shaping the first and last impressions guests have at the property, ensuring that every arrival and departure is handled with the highest standards of service and attention to detail. The position requires a high level of professionalism, strong interpersonal skills, and a guest-focused attitude to make each guest experience personalized and efficient.
Valet Attendants at Palms are responsible for greeting guests warmly and assisting them in a friendly manner, including unloading luggage and managing vehicle doors. They must inspect vehicles carefully for any existing damage and ensure safety before parking or retrieving vehicles in conditions that can be challenging, such as extreme desert heat or cold, steep inclines, and varied parking surfaces. Accuracy in handling guest payments and vehicle keys is crucial, along with the ability to maintain an organized inventory of keys and ensure vehicles are parked legally to maintain smooth traffic flow.
