The role of Concierge/Receptionist at Sandhill Cove Retirement Community is a hospitality-focused position designed to be the welcoming face of the community. This role is essential in creating positive first impressions and maintaining a professional, friendly, and helpful atmosphere for residents, guests, vendors, suppliers, and any outside service providers who visit. The concierge/receptionist acts as a friendly, knowledgeable point of contact, responsible for meeting and greeting daily visitors, managing telephone communications, and addressing the needs and concerns of the community's residents and visitors with empathy and efficiency. This position requires a blend of excellent interpersonal skills and organizational capabilities. The concierge/receptionist plays a key part in maintaining a smooth operation by managing package deliveries, preparing maintenance work orders, and assisting with various projects in collaboration with the Business Office Manager. This opportunity offers an hourly wage starting at $15.00, with shifts primarily in the late afternoon and varying weekend hours.
