The Receptionist/Office Manager position at Hagan and Associates is a full-time, non-exempt role requiring 40 hours per week, offering an hourly wage ranging from $21 to $24, supplemented by a comprehensive benefits package. This role serves as the critical first point of contact for both prospective and existing clients, providing a warm, professional welcome that reflects our firm’s commitment to outstanding client service. Beyond client interaction, this role encompasses overseeing daily office operations to ensure a smooth, efficient, and productive work environment.
Ideal candidates for this position are detail-oriented and highly organized professionals who excel at multitasking between front-office client engagement and back-office administrative functions. They will play a versatile role, balancing greeting clients with managing communications, coordinating administrative tasks, and supporting the broader team of Client Service Assistants and financial advisors. Responsibilities are wide-ranging from answering phones and managing emails, to handling mail, bookkeeping, and vendor coordination. This multifaceted role demands a proactive mindset aimed at identifying and implementing office efficiencies and enhancing the overall client experience.
The role demands proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (including Outlook, Word, and Excel), excellent written and verbal communication skills, a polished professional demeanor, and the ability to manage sensitive information confidentially.
