As a Community Associate at IWG, you will play a key role in maintaining and developing a thriving community within one of IWG’s local centers. Reporting directly to the Community Manager, you will be the primary point of contact for new and existing customers from diverse industries, supporting their administrative and operational needs. Your main goal will be to ensure these customers can focus on running their businesses seamlessly by delivering exceptional service and support. Your daily activities will range from managing logistical requests such as WiFi access changes and mail distribution, to assisting with meeting room configurations and facilitating networking events designed to enhance customer engagement within the workspace. The role demands excellent multitasking skills, as you will handle various customer inquiries throughout the day, maintain accurate billing and invoicing, coordinate event preparation, and collaborate with multiple departments to address service requests promptly.
