The role of Receptionist at BYU’s Studio 1030 presents a vital opportunity to be the welcoming face and first point of contact for guests entering the salon studio. This part-time role, requiring 17.5 hours per week, is integral in creating a friendly, professional, and efficient environment. The Receptionist will manage various front desk responsibilities, including greeting and assisting clients, scheduling and confirming appointments through an online booking system, answering phones, and handling sales transactions through the POS system. Additionally, this position involves supporting salon staff with day-to-day operational needs, maintaining the tidiness and organization of the reception area, and assisting with basic social media updates and inventory tracking.
