We are currently seeking a friendly and organized Receptionist to join our dynamic team on an every-other-weekend position basis. This role is pivotal to the daily operation of our facility, serving as the first point of contact for residents, family members, guests, and staff. The Receptionist is responsible for supporting various departments, including the Administrator, Office Manager, Director of Nursing, and Activity Director. The ideal candidate will be someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, possesses excellent communication skills, and is eager to learn and master new systems.
The Receptionist will manage telephone inquiries, direct visitors appropriately, and ensure smooth communication throughout the community for special events, vendor interactions, and more. They will also guide tours, handle general office tasks such as typing and filing, and process rental payments with accuracy and professionalism. This role demands a level of flexibility to accommodate the fluctuating needs of the facility while maintaining strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

                - High school diploma or equivalent
 - Desire and willingness to learn new systems
 - Prior work in reception or customer service preferred
 - Must be able to read, write and follow oral and written directions at a level necessary to accomplish the job and communicate effectively through written information
 - Must possess strong organizational skills, and be detail oriented, but flexible in order to accommodate the fluctuating needs of the facility
 - Knowledgeable on the computer and able to operate Microsoft Office
 - Ability to represent the facility in a positive and professional manner
 - Must be able to work effectively in an individual or team setting
 - Must be able to perform duties and responsibilities with or without reasonable accommodation
