This role is ideal for a candidate with excellent customer service skills who will act as a vital technical resource supporting a growing commercial lines underwriting and brokerage team. The successful candidate will collaborate closely with the in-house broker to request and review underwriting information, process endorsements, prepare insurance quotes, and execute bind orders. They will also be responsible for managing front-office operations, serving as the first point of contact for visitors and incoming communications, and maintaining an organized, professional office environment. The role requires a proactive individual who can adapt to a fast-paced, dynamic work environment while delivering exceptional service.
