Everett, WA, USA, WA Part-Time $20 - $21
We are a dynamic and patient-focused speech and occupational therapy clinic located in Bothell, WA, dedicated to providing exceptional care and services to our community. Our clinic is known for its innovative approaches and a warm, friendly atmosphere that helps patients and their families feel supported throughout their therapeutic journey. As a rapidly growing establishment, we pride ourselves on fostering a workplace culture that values teamwork, professionalism, and compassionate patient care. Joining our team means becoming part of a close-knit community of healthcare professionals who are passionate about making a difference in people’s lives. We are currently seeking a part-time Front Desk Receptionist to support our clinic’s daily operations during the preferred hours of Monday to Friday, 3:00 pm to 7:00 pm. This role offers a competitive hourly wage of $20.00 to $21.00, making it an excellent opportunity for someone looking for fulfilling work within a supportive healthcare environment. The Front Desk Receptionist plays a crucial role in shaping the first impression our patients receive when they visit our clinic. Reporting directly to the Authorizations & Billing Manager, the receptionist is responsible for managing multiple front desk activities that contribute to a seamless and welcoming patient experience. The ideal candidate will be charismatic, detail-oriented, and capable of multi-tasking in a fast-paced setting while maintaining an empathetic and professional demeanor. They must demonstrate excellent communication skills and a positive attitude that reflects the clinic’s patient-centered philosophy. This individual will act as the primary point of contact for incoming calls using a multi-line phone system, schedule patient appointments, and accurately input and update client and insurance data in our systems. In addition, the receptionist will serve as a crucial liaison between patients and clinical staff by handling documents related to evaluations, reassessments, and discharges, ensuring proper communication with primary care providers. Collaboration is a key aspect of this role, as the receptionist will work closely with other administrative team members and clinical providers to keep schedules updated and resolve insurance and billing-related issues efficiently. The Front Desk Receptionist is also responsible for maintaining the clinic’s lobby to ensure a clean, professional appearance that enhances our patients' comfort and confidence in our services. Flexibility to assist with children during transitions or clean-ups as needed and the motivation to assist in projects as directed by the Facilities Manager or Executive team further highlight the diverse and community-oriented nature of this position. This part-time position offers a unique chance to be part of an innovative healthcare environment that values compassionate service, organizational excellence, and continuous learning. If you are motivated to succeed, possess a strong sense of organization, and are eager to contribute to a supportive team, we encourage you to apply for this role and become an essential part of our clinic’s success and patient care excellence.
