The Receptionist/Office Assistant role at the Boston Corporate Office embodies a critical frontline position responsible for facilitating efficient office operations and providing excellent administrative support. As the primary point of contact for visitors and callers, this role demands a polished, professional demeanor and a focus on customer satisfaction, hospitality, and high-quality service that aligns with Veolia’s corporate culture. The individual in this role ensures a welcoming and organized environment, promoting a positive workplace atmosphere that reflects the company’s values. This position not only manages front desk responsibilities such as greeting visitors, answering and directing calls, and monitoring security protocols but also supports office management activities including conference room scheduling, inventory control, and event coordination. Additionally, the Receptionist/Office Assistant provides key administrative support functions such as processing expense reports, maintaining the administrative Google Drive, and supporting various office projects. The role requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, effective time management, initiative, and the ability to handle confidential information discreetly. It is an in-office, full-time position, with working hours from 8:00 am to 5:00 pm, Monday through Friday, located in downtown Boston. The position offers an hourly wage ranging from $25.00 to $28.00 and access to a comprehensive benefits package designed to support the well-being and advancement of its employees.                 - GED or equivalent
 - minimum two years reception or office assistant experience
 - excellent customer service skills
 - proficiency with Google Workspace
 - strong communication and organizational skills
 - ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks
 - discretion in handling confidential information
 - availability to work full-time, in-office, Monday through Friday 8:00 am to 5:00 pm
 - ability to lift or move up to 25 pounds occasionally
 - good vision including close, distance and color vision
