This role is crucial as the face of The Laurels of Norworth, acting as the primary point of contact for candidates, guests, and family members reaching out to the facility. The position requires an individual who is friendly, flexible, and capable of representing the company positively. The role involves answering telephone calls, greeting visitors, directing calls, and providing clerical support to the Administrator and other staff as needed. This is a part-time position with hours from 4 p.m. to 7 p.m., offering flexibility but requiring availability on days, evenings, and weekends to meet the facility's needs. The Guest Service Representative plays an essential role in ensuring a welcoming and efficient experience for all visitors and callers, contributing significantly to the facility's overall operational success. The position demands excellent communication skills, strong organizational abilities, and a professional demeanor to effectively manage multiple tasks.
