We are currently seeking a Receptionist to join our Collision Center team. This role is vital as the first point of contact for customers visiting or calling the center. The Receptionist will be responsible for warmly greeting customers in a courteous and professional manner, ensuring they feel welcomed and valued upon arrival. Beyond greeting, the role involves directing customers to the appropriate employees or departments within the Collision Center, answering incoming phone calls promptly according to company policies, and managing messages for busy personnel.
The ideal candidate will hold a high school diploma or GED and have previous experience in retail or customer service, with a strong preference for candidates with Collision Center experience. Key skills include excellent communication, strong organizational abilities, and proficiency with computers and internet applications.
