We are currently seeking a Client Service Representative (CSR) to join our dynamic team. This role is pivotal within the hospital's daily operations, as the CSR serves as the first point of contact for clients and their pets, setting the tone for their entire experience. By representing VCA Animal Hospitals' mission and values, the CSR is instrumental in building trust, confidence, and loyalty among the pet owners who rely on our care. Responsibilities include greeting visitors warmly, answering phone calls efficiently, scheduling and confirming appointments, and facilitating communication between clients and veterinary staff. Beyond customer interface, the Client Service Representative plays a crucial role in operational support by managing appointment bookings, handling inquiries about services and products, and processing payments with clarity and professionalism. The position also involves educating pet owners on general animal care practices, such as heartworm prevention, flea and tick control, and housebreaking, ensuring that clients are well-informed and supported in caring for their pets outside of clinic visits. In addition to administrative duties, the CSR oversees the maintenance of medical records, charts, and hospital correspondence, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality. They are also responsible for maintaining the hospital's cleanliness and orderliness, including aspects such as waste removal and ensuring that the facility environment is welcoming and hygienic at all times, both inside and outside.
