The position available is for a Part Time Receptionist and Activities Assistant, which combines front desk administrative responsibilities with the coordination and implementation of engaging activities for residents. Responsibilities include managing incoming phone calls, directing visitors and calls appropriately, distributing mail and packages, and maintaining the cleanliness and organization of the front desk and lobby area.
