The role being offered is that of a Traffic Lead, a key leadership position within LVMH Beauty’s logistics and distribution operations. This position ensures the timely and accurate shipment of outbound loads in compliance with customer requirements and internal service levels. The Traffic Lead will oversee a dedicated team of 12-15 domestic and international Traffic Clerks, managing operations with a focus on efficiency, compliance, and customer satisfaction. Responsibilities include routing all outbound shipments prior to cancellation dates, managing all international freight logistics, and verifying the completion and accuracy of international shipping documentation. This role also demands a thorough understanding of regulatory certifications such as IATA/ICAO, DOT 49 CFR, and International Maritime Dangerous Goods regulations. The Traffic Lead is instrumental in minimizing chargebacks by ensuring adherence to customer Vendor Compliance Guidelines (VCG) and anticipating potential areas of noncompliance. The individual in this role will be responsible for formulating and implementing action plans to align the Distribution Center’s performance with routing guides and serve as the primary liaison for communication, extensions, and dispute resolution with both internal teams and external partners including freight carriers and customers. This role reports directly to the Traffic Manager and plays a pivotal role in sustaining the operational excellence essential for LVMH Beauty’s continued growth and brand prestige in the global luxury beauty market. LVMH Beauty offers a competitive salary range of $65,000 to $70,000 for this position, reflecting its commitment to attracting and rewarding talent with a market competitive compensation package.   • College degree or equivalent
  • 2-5 years of traffic experience shipping to major retailers
  • Retail vendor compliance experience
  • 2-5 years international shipping experience
  • 1-3 years experience working with freight forwarders
  • Experience with retail routing guides in luxury industry
  • English fluency in reading, writing, and speaking
  • PKMS and SAP experience
  • Experience in a RF environment
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office suite
