As an integral part of the restaurant team, you will be responsible for providing friendly and attentive service to guests throughout their entire visit. Your duties will include preparing drinks for both retail and dining areas, managing the presentation and replenishment of pastries, breads, and other food items, and performing accurate sales transactions while adhering to the company's cash handling policies. Maintaining a thorough knowledge of menu items across all categories, from pastries and breads to beverages and retail offerings, is crucial to delivering outstanding service. You will be expected to handle guest inquiries and situations with genuine empathy, escalating concerns to management as required to ensure customer satisfaction. Additionally, completing all opening, mid, and closing procedures, maintaining cleanliness and orderliness through daily checklists and side work assignments, and answering phones with professionalism are core responsibilities of the position.
