The Real Estate Manager will act as the primary interface between tenants, owners, and stakeholders, ensuring the efficient operation of the building while maintaining top-tier tenant satisfaction. The role demands a focus on financial stewardship, including accurate budget preparation and adherence, operational expense control, and risk management with compliance to rigorous ethical standards. This position requires someone who can seamlessly balance financial acumen with people management skills to oversee vendor relationships, onsite team coordination, and property maintenance.   • bachelor's degree or comparable experience in business, economics or real estate
  • minimum five years experience in commercial property management
