The individual must be willing to learn various job aspects relevant to janitorial work and comply with the standards set by management and customer requirements. This is a hands-on role that demands physical stamina and adaptability to varying work schedules including early mornings, afternoons, evenings, weekends, and holidays. The job primarily involves indoor work with periodic exposure to various weather conditions and cleaning chemicals. It also requires the ability to follow detailed instructions, interact respectfully with customers, government personnel, and other staff, and adhere to organization screening protocols including background checks. This position plays a critical role in ensuring that work environments are clean, organized, and safe, thereby contributing to a positive work atmosphere and customer satisfaction.
