• Minimum high school diploma or equivalent
• 3+ years of experience in facility operations and management
• Experience in hospitality industry such as theme parks, family entertainment centers, hotels, resorts, casinos, or restaurants
• Strong leadership and team development skills
• Professional grooming and conduct
• Intermediate computer skills including Microsoft Office Suite
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
