The role of Maitre'd at SUSHI SAMBA Los Angeles is critical to delivering the brand's hallmark exceptional guest experience from day one. This position requires a warm, personable, and professional individual adept at guest relations, who can manage reservations efficiently and oversee smooth dining operations across the restaurant, bar, and private dining areas. In addition, this role involves active participation in daily operations such as guest greeting, handling bookings, collecting and responding to guest feedback, and promoting the restaurant's events and offerings. Candidates will thrive in a fast-paced, high-volume environment and possess excellent communication skills in English, both spoken and written. A valid Food Handler Card and legal authorization to work in the United States are essential. The role demands physical stamina, including the ability to exert up to 50 pounds of force occasionally and up to 20 pounds frequently. • Previous experience working as a Maitre'd within a fast-paced environment
