The role of Maintenance Technician at Town Village Vestavia Hills is essential to maintaining the quality, safety, and functionality of the community’s physical environment. The Maintenance Technician is responsible for the upkeep and repair of both the interior and exterior facilities, including electrical, plumbing, refrigeration, heating and cooling, structural elements, grounds maintenance, and care of parking areas.
