The position is designed to develop your leadership skills, as you will also be responsible for ordering food supplies, maintaining kitchen cleanliness, organizing stock, and ensuring that all kitchen equipment is well maintained and repaired promptly if necessary. The Kitchen Leader acts as a role model, mentoring crew members and guiding them to become future Kitchen Leaders, thereby supporting a strong team environment between the back of house and front of house teams. This full-time role focuses not only on food preparation but also on promoting teamwork, high-quality customer service, and operational excellence. You will be active and on your feet throughout your shift, taking initiative to complete tasks and offering support to your teammates.
