The position available is that of a part-time Concierge within Waltonwood's Independent Living Community, specifically scheduled every other Saturday and Sunday from 3 PM to 11:30 PM. The Concierge serves as a critical gateway to the community, responsible for providing exceptional customer service and administrative support to both residents and community leadership. The Concierge handles various administrative duties, such as answering multiple phone lines, managing resident rosters, collecting charges, and offering clerical assistance to department heads and management.
