The Beverage Server plays an essential role in enhancing the guest experience by providing attentive, courteous, and timely service in various settings such as lounges, restaurants, or gaming areas. This position demands someone who can greet guests warmly, take beverage orders, and deliver drinks efficiently while maintaining a friendly demeanor throughout their shift. The role requires physical stamina and the capability to manage and balance trays of beverages, ensuring swift delivery to guests across our entertainment venues.\n\nThe successful candidate will be responsible for understanding guest beverage orders, communicating these accurately to bartenders, and handling monetary transactions with precision to maintain an accurate cash bank. Additionally, the Beverage Server will provide complimentary beverages in accordance with company policies, a task that requires both discretion and professionalism. • Must be at least 21 years of age
• six months of related experience preferred
• must have excellent customer service skills
• must be able to walk for duration of shift
• must be able to carry and balance trays weighing up to 10 pounds
• must be able to obtain and maintain any necessary licenses and or certifications
