The position is hourly, offering competitive pay ranging from $15.10 to $22.60 per hour, depending on experience and qualifications. As a Bakery Associate at Hannaford, you will play an essential role in delivering fresh, quality bakery products to customers while ensuring the department operates efficiently and maintains safety and sanitation standards. The Bakery Associate position offers an engaging blend of hands-on production tasks and customer service responsibilities. You will be expected to prepare, proof, and bake various products such as rolls, desserts, cakes, muffins, bagels, coffees, and platters. Additionally, the role involves merchandising duties, including packaging and displaying products attractively and properly, adhering to the company's automated production programs, and considering customer demand patterns.
