This position plays a vital role in facilitating relationships between customers and the company at a community level by traveling to fairs, festivals, and other community events to interact directly with homeowners. Appointment Setters are responsible for explaining our industry-leading products and services, enrolling customers in company giveaways, scheduling consultations for in-home visits with sales professionals, and managing company materials at events. While this role is part-time and offers flexible scheduling with weekend availability, it requires high energy, enthusiasm, and self-motivation. Compensation is competitive, offering between USD 25.00 and USD 35.00 per hour, accompanied by a comprehensive array of incentives including uncapped bonuses and mileage reimbursement.
