This part-time role is essential in maintaining the cleanliness, safety, and overall guest experience at our centers. Porters play a crucial role in ensuring that the entertainment environment is welcoming and ready for visitors by keeping the premises clean, sanitized, and well-maintained. The position involves a variety of tasks ranging from housekeeping duties to minor maintenance tasks, all aimed at enhancing the guest experience. Applicants must be at least 18 years of age or older to qualify for this position. The role typically requires working evening and night shifts, with an emphasis on weekend availability and the ability to work at one specific location. Porters are the backbone of the operational side of the entertainment centers, responsible for ensuring that every corner is guest-ready, both inside and outside the facility. Duties include assisting servers and runners with event setup, responding quickly to any equipment malfunctions such as pin jams or ball return issues during guest play, and performing minor maintenance tasks to keep the building in excellent condition. This dynamic role requires excellent communication skills, the ability to multitask efficiently, and a strong dedication to providing great guest service. The position offers a competitive hourly pay rate ranging from $15.49 to $17.00 and includes performance-based incentives.
