Locale Hospitality is currently seeking a passionate and energetic individual to join their operations team at The Dylin by Locale, a 55-unit boutique apart-hotel situated in the heart of downtown Madison, Wisconsin. This role is crucial in shaping the guest journey and ensuring overall satisfaction throughout their stay. The Property Operations Associate will report directly to the hotel General Manager and will serve as the face of The Dylin during guests' visits, providing attentive assistance, valuable recommendations, and prompt resolution of any concerns that may arise. This position requires a strong knowledge of property operations and collaboration with the offsite Guest Experience team to maintain seamless service. The ideal candidate will be deeply invested in guest satisfaction, able to support multiple departments including housekeeping and inventory, and comfortable operating in a fast-paced, tech-driven environment. The Property Operations Associate will also play an important role in supporting the launch and ongoing operations of the hotel, demonstrating flexibility, critical thinking, and a hands-on approach to daily tasks. • High school diploma or equivalent
• Minimum 1 year experience in customer service or hospitality
• Ability to communicate effectively in English
• Flexible availability to work varying shifts
• Physical ability to perform standing and walking duties for extended periods
• Capable of lifting and moving up to 25 pounds
• Basic knowledge of property operations and guest service etiquette
• Comfortable using technology and multiple software systems
