Additionally, willingness to relocate and legal eligibility to work in the United States are required. • Bachelor's degree preferred
• Minimum 3 years' experience as a property manager
• Minimum 3 years' experience in a supervisory role
• Willingness to relocate
• Legally able to work within State and Federal guidelines
• Ability to stand and walk continuously during shifts
• Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds
• Schedule flexibility including nights, weekends, on-call availability and possible travel
