The Property Attendant is responsible for performing a variety of tasks including general preventative maintenance, cleaning public areas, prepping rooms for housekeeping, and assisting with laundry duties. Inventory management of maintenance supplies and tools is crucial, requiring coordination with management to maintain adequate stock levels. Additionally, the Property Attendant supports housekeeping teams by preparing rooms, removing linens, and identifying maintenance needs for timely resolution. Safety is a central focus of the job, including adherence to property emergency procedures and ensuring the security of the hotel and guests. The role is physically demanding, requiring repetitive climbing of stairs and ladders, ability to kneel, squat, bend, twist, and lift up to 50 pounds.
