The position of Project Manager at First Finish offers an exciting opportunity to lead hospitality renovation projects from pre-construction through project closeout. This role is designed for a detail-oriented leader who thrives in fast-paced and dynamic work environments. As a Project Manager, you will oversee multiple projects ranging in scale from $250,000 to $15 million. Your responsibilities will include managing diverse teams of subcontractors, vendors, and internal staff to ensure projects are executed efficiently and meet quality standards. You will be expected to oversee project schedules, budgets, site logistics, and quality control to guarantee that projects are completed on time and meet design specifications. Strong communication skills are essential, as you will act as a representative of First Finish in all client, contractor, and governmental authority interactions. Proficiency in managing project documentation is essential, including contracts, RFIs, change orders, and invoicing, using tools like Procore and Timberline. You will work in close partnership with the Project Superintendent to maintain accurate and updated project schedules. Additionally, a keen eye for financial data is necessary to promptly identify and address any potential or existing financial issues that could affect project performance. This role requires business travel flexibility and availability for on-call support when needed. The salary range for this Los Angeles-based position is $93,200 to $144,300, which reflects various factors such as experience, project scope capability, and internal equity within the company. • 5+ years of construction or renovation experience preferably in hospitality or commercial interiors
• Experience supervising project teams, vendors, and subcontractors
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Procore
• Ability to read MEP, architectural, and ID drawings
• Bachelor’s degree preferred
• Open to business travel and on-call support as needed
