The role of the Production Leader at McMarro is pivotal to maintaining the quality and efficiency of the kitchen operations. Reporting directly to the General Manager and Assistant Manager, the Production Leader collaborates closely with Shift Leaders to optimize service times and uphold the company’s philosophy of delivering excellence through teamwork and consistent processes.
