We are currently seeking motivated individuals to join our culinary team as Prep Cooks. This full-time position offers a competitive starting wage of $19.35 per hour, with additional Hero Pay of $0.85 per hour, yearly wage increases, and comprehensive benefits. Our Prep Cooks play a vital role in delivering an outstanding culinary experience by preparing high-quality, nutritious meals that comply with stringent portion control and sanitary standards. Working closely with the Executive Chef, prep cooks assist with menu planning and food preparation, ensuring meals meet the established quality benchmarks. This role involves coordinating food production to align with meal serving schedules, assisting with tray line setup, and maintaining cleanliness in the kitchen. In addition to food preparation, Prep Cooks foster a warm and hospitable environment by engaging positively with residents, their families, and visitors.
