The role of Prep Cook within our Culinary Department is a vital part of our community’s commitment to exceptional dining experiences. This position is contingent and as-needed, offering compensation up to $19.00 per hour dependent on individual qualifications, experience, and credentials. As a Prep Cook, the successful candidate will be engaged in full-scope, hands-on production cooking, ensuring the preparation of high-quality meals that meet our community standards. Candidates for this position should have a minimum of a high school diploma, with a culinary degree preferred. Relevant experience of at least one year in restaurant or senior living kitchen environments is required. Candidates must successfully complete a criminal background check and provide all necessary documentation, including physical exam, drug screening, tuberculosis test or chest X-ray, and employment reference verifications.
