A Prep Cook plays a crucial support role within the culinary team by assisting with food preparation, using commercial-grade kitchen appliances safely, and adhering to safety and hygiene protocols. Time management and a "clean-as-you-go" mentality are essential attributes for success in this role, ensuring efficient kitchen operations and compliance with health codes. • High school diploma or equivalent
• Previous experience in food preparation or kitchen work preferred
• Ability to follow safety and sanitation protocols
