We are currently seeking a dedicated Prep Cook to join our team at Courtyard at Jamestown. The Prep Cook position is essential in maintaining high standards of cleanliness, efficiency, and teamwork in the kitchen. Responsibilities include setting up and sanitizing workstations, preparing ingredients according to chefs' prep lists, measuring ingredients and seasonings, preparing simple dishes such as entrees and salads, and ensuring proper storage and accessibility of food items. The ideal candidate must be quick, diligent, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment. Attention to detail and the ability to follow instructions precisely are key, as is an understanding of safe food handling techniques.
