We are currently seeking a motivated Food Runner to join our dynamic team. This role is integral to the smooth operation of our restaurant, ensuring that food orders are delivered promptly and accurately to guests, thereby enhancing their overall dining experience. The Food Runner acts as a vital link between management, kitchen staff, servers, and customers, facilitating effective communication and coordination during busy hours. This position demands excellent communication skills, a keen attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment. While prior experience is not mandatory, a strong willingness to learn and adapt is essential.
The Food Runner will be responsible for welcoming guests with a warm and friendly attitude, assisting customers by explaining menu items, coordinating the timely delivery of food, and attending to patrons’ needs throughout their visit. This role also includes maintaining cleanliness and resetting tables to uphold our restaurant’s high standards. Candidates should be physically capable of frequently standing or walking during shifts and able to carry up to 35 pounds. We offer $16.30 per hour plus tips, flexible schedules to accommodate different lifestyles, and opportunities for career growth within the company.
