The role requires close collaboration with the Resident Manager, Property Manager, and maintenance staff to report and address any issues that may arise on the property. The Porter at Vistas at Vance Jackson is responsible for maintaining the property's exterior image, including landscaping upkeep, cleaning driveways, parking lots, curbs, dumpster areas, and exterior hallways, thereby enhancing curb appeal and resident satisfaction.
