The position being offered is for a dedicated Janitorial Staff member responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and overall appearance of the casino and spa facilities. This full-time role commands a starting pay of $19.00 per hour, with increases based on experience. As a Janitorial Staff member, the individual will play a crucial role in ensuring that the casino and spa environments are clean, safe, and inviting for guests and employees alike. Responsibilities include continuous trash removal throughout the casino and spa areas, operation and maintenance of various cleaning equipment, and the upkeep of outdoor areas such as parking lots and building exteriors—including snow and ice removal. The position demands careful attention to detail, as staff will be tasked with cleaning floors between slot machines, guest and employee restrooms, spa treatment rooms, relaxation areas, locker rooms, wet rooms, pool decks, fitness centers, and yoga rooms. Maintaining safety compliance is a critical aspect of the role. Employees are expected to use safety equipment properly, follow established protocols, and report unsafe conditions or practices to supervisors or the Safety Committee. Physical stamina is essential as the job involves frequent walking, climbing stairs, bending, lifting up to 75 pounds, and standing for extended periods during shifts. The role may also require working overnight hours on occasion.
