The Porter position at Meadow Ridge is an integral role ensuring the community is clean, safe, and welcoming for residents, staff, and visitors alike. As a Porter, you will be responsible for maintaining high cleanliness standards across various common areas, including elevators, hallways, landings, and activity spaces. The position involves routine cleaning tasks such as vacuuming, mopping, washing floors, and wiping down surfaces, all performed with careful attention to detail and quality. Additionally, the Porter plays a vital role in maintaining sanitary conditions in specific areas like breakrooms and health center discharge rooms. This role also requires a courteous and professional demeanor when interacting with residents, offering information and assistance as needed. The work schedule is thoughtfully designed to provide balance, with shifts on Monday, Tuesday, Thursday from 2 PM to 10 PM, Friday from 1 PM to 9 PM, and Saturday from 7 AM to 3 PM. Compensation ranges from $17 to $18.25 per hour, depending on experience, reflecting Benchmark's recognition of the importance of this role within their community. • Experience cleaning residential or commercial settings is preferred but we will train
