The Porter’s duties include daily housekeeping tasks such as emptying trash, cleaning floors, dusting, managing parking lots and grounds, and transporting vehicles to sublet locations. With a focus on safety and efficiency, this role requires operating motor vehicles and occasionally handling physical activity such as lifting and moving parts and equipment.
